    Graduated in Psychology by the University of Salamanca (Spain), Paula decided to take her father’s steps and pursue a career in health and fitness qualifying as a L3 Personal Trainer, L4 Strength and Conditioning coach and L4 Yoga instructor. She has been in the fitness industry for nearly a decade and has helped over 100s clients to achieve their fitness and mindset goals using a holistic approach that combines fitness, nutrition and postural alignment for exercise.

  • AGNE

    Qualified as a Personal Trainer back in 2017. In 2019 fell in love with Power Lifting. Having performance goals, focusing on overall strength, and working closely with her cycle inspired her to help women embrace their physical and emotional strength.

    The idea of ‘FREEDOM to be STRONG' fitness was born to share her insights with women on how to embrace their physical strength, empower, and improve mental and emotional health.

  • COLE

    L3 Qualified Personal Trainer specialising in helping clients to lose weight or gain muscle.

    Having been training for 8+ years, He has experienced and learnt many effective and rewarding methods for training a range of clients regardless of body type or ability. Through his continued learning and development of the craft, he aims to guide and support future clients on their fitness journey which will lead to life changing results.

    The most rewarding aspect of training clients for him is not only seeing the physical development, but also being witness to the immense mental health improvements which come alongside.

  • DAMIAN

    What motivates Damian is making his clients feel great and look great. He loves to push the boundaries of mind and body and show the people who train with him that everything is possible.

    His goal is simple: help you get results, in a fun, engaging, but most importantly, safe environment. Without a doubt the hardest aspect of starting a training program, or getting back into fitness, is knowing where to start. It can be a daunting and scary prospect to make those first crucial steps. Damian will give you all the support you need to make that process both fun and exciting instead.
